Information center personnel also have important data on schools, higher education opportunities, taxes, municipal utility districts, shopping and historical information about Cinco Ranch and its surroundings.

Additionally, certain neighborhoods offer private streets with gated access. Homeowners gain entrance to their neighborhoods by using a special magnetic access card. Delivery services and guests are required to stop at the gate and call resident through an intercom system for access.
